We’re now looking for a Senior Designer who’s excited to work across high-growth, high-impact industries and bring bold ideas to life with precision and beauty.
What You’ll Do
As Senior Designer, you’ll lead the visual expression of client brands — from brand identity systems to pitch decks and digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate with strategists, our founder/creative director, and freelance talent to deliver work that’s clear, cohesive, and compelling.
Your responsibilities will include:

Lead visual identity development for brands in pharma, biotech, SaaS, and space

Build full design systems: logo, typography, color, iconography, UI inspiration, presentations, etc.

Design brand rollouts: social, decks, digital, print, and internal activations

Oversee and guide freelancers to uphold creative quality

Collaborate closely with strategy leads and project managers

Elevate the creative standard internally and externally
What You Bring

5+ years in a creative agency or design studio (branding experience a must)

A portfolio that shows range, precision, and brand storytelling

Strength in typography, layout, and building scalable design systems

Ability to lead a brand project from start to finish

Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation design (Keynote or PowerPoint)

Bonus if you’ve worked in regulated or technical industries like health, tech, or aerospace
