We’re looking for a talented Web Designer to join our remote team full-time and create visually stunning, conversion-optimized Shopify stores for a variety of brands.
You should have a strong eye for design, a good sense for brand storytelling through visuals, and ideally some experience with e-commerce best practices. Conversion-focused design is a big part of what we do, so familiarity with UX/UI principles and user behavior in online shopping environments is a huge plus.
What you’ll do:

Design clean, modern Shopify storefronts tailored to our clients’ brand identity

Structure and organize content in a clear, customer-friendly way

Work closely with our team to iterate based on feedback and data

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design process
Requirements:

Strong portfolio of web/e-commerce design work

Fluency in German (reading & understanding client-supplied content)

Experience with Figma

Understanding of e-commerce UX and conversion optimization principles

Reliable, communicative, and self-motivated
Bonus points for:

Experience working with Shopify

Experience collaborating with developers and marketing teams

Familiarity with SEO and responsive/mobile-first design
