What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across a variety of static and interactive design tasks, focusing primarily on UI/UX for web and digital platforms. The role is about producing thoughtful, high-quality interfaces—not chasing trends or generating throwaway visuals. We care about consistency, usability, and detail.
Requirements

Proficiency in Figma

Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, and design systems

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly via written channels

Comfortable with structured feedback and fast iteration

Based in a time zone compatible with 9:00–15:00 CET (Austria time)
Bonus points

Experience with tools like Webflow, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, or ChatGPT

Familiarity with multilingual design

Experience working async with international teams
