Your Design Playground
As our new Product Designer, you’ll be thrown into the creative fire from day one –collaborating directly with our Lead Designers to shape products that make users say “holy sh*t” when they first experience them. This isn’t just about making pretty interfaces (though you’ll do that too). It’s about crafting digital experiences that trigger emotional responses, create lasting memories and keep players coming back for more.
What You’ll Do (Besides Making Awesome Stuff)

Own the entire design process – from initial research and wireframing to polished prototypes that developers can’t wait to build

Architect design systems that scale across our brands while maintaining our distinctive edge

Simplify the complex by designing interfaces that feel intuitive even to first-time users

Challenge the status quo by identifying problems with our current products and proposing bold solutions

Move fast and break things (and then make them better) – we value progress over perfection
Who You Are
-
A designer with 3+ years of battle-tested experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch
-
Someone who can tell compelling visual stories and understands that great design is invisible

A creative who’s not afraid to push boundaries but knows when to rein it in

Experienced in startup environments where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and ship quickly

Ideally, you’ve worked in startups, gaming, web3/crypto or mobile games and understand player psychology
-
A portfolio that showcases your ability to solve real user problems, not just make pretty pixels
