About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on finance, accounting operations, bookkeeping, invoicing, payment workflows, and financial documentation.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, financial records, accounting communications, and reporting workflows. Your expertise will help improve how AI models understand and perform finance and accounting-related tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Your contributions will support the development of AI systems used in financial operations, accounting automation, enterprise workflows, and intelligent business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality deliverables addressing common accounts payable and accounts receivable scenarios
- Annotate, review, and evaluate AI-generated accounting and finance-related content
- Assess AI outputs involving invoices, payment processing, vendor management, customer billing, reconciliations, and financial documentation
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI evaluation quality and consistency
- Identify accounting inaccuracies, calculation errors, compliance issues, process gaps, or inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
- Evaluate financial communications for clarity, professionalism, accuracy, and business relevance
- Support workflows involving bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, invoice management, expense tracking, payment processing, and financial reporting
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on accounting operations and financial workflow automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Professional experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Finance Operations, or Accounting
- Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, ledger management, payment processing, and financial documentation
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial controls
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar platforms is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to review and validate financial information for accuracy and completeness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
