White Rabbit has been delivering bold, purposeful brand, web, and print design in New Zealand for over a decade. Recently, we’ve expanded internationally, bringing our creative expertise to a whole new audience around Los Angeles.
We’re now looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer & Content Creator to own the way the agency presents itself to the world. This is an internal-facing design and communications role where you’ll create and manage brand content, ensuring everything looks sharp, professional, and on-strategy.
Design and deliver high-quality creative for internal and promotional use, including:
Regular social media graphics and campaigns
Email newsletters for the agency database
Case studies and project uploads for the website
Proposal templates and internal documents
Ensure consistency across all brand communications, maintaining a polished and professional look and feel.
Contribute to content strategy, helping shape how the agency is presented while working towards measurable business KPIs.
Write or refine short-form content for case studies, project descriptions, and newsletters (copywriting skills are valued but not essential).
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all design output supports growth and brand positioning.
Craft beautiful mockups that showcase our projects and creative process.
5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Experience producing content for social media, websites, and email newsletters.
A strong eye for layout, typography, and colour, with the ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines.
A passion for working within a single brand and elevating its visual identity over time.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Confidence working with WordPress, particularly Elementor and WP Bakery.
Copywriting or editing skills, especially for case studies and newsletters.
Experience designing proposals, pitch decks, or internal documents.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Kit or Mailchimp.
Understanding of SEO and blog content optimisation.
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
Experience-based salary range: $1,200–$2,200 USD per month.
Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week).
General working hours aligned with Auckland, New Zealand (9:00am–5:00pm), with some flexibility.
Fully remote role, offering flexibility while remaining closely connected with the team.
