Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a Creative professional to take ownership of the creative output by producing high-quality branded content across social media and internal documents. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and branding, excels in Canva, copywriting, and social media management, and is confident in creating engaging visual content while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
This is a creative-first role. We have an established brand and a growing need for consistent, high-quality content across social media channels and internal documents. We want someone who can take ownership of the creative output – not just execute briefs, but bring design instinct and a strong eye for branding.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram, maintaining consistent brand tone and visual identity
- Manage social channels day-to-day – scheduling, publishing, community engagement
- Build and execute social media campaigns, including outbound and awareness activity
- Analyse campaign performance and report on what’s working – reach, engagement, follower growth
- Proactively suggest content ideas and improvements based on performance data
Creative & Design
- Produce all branded creative assets using Canva as the primary design tool
- Design and maintain brochureware, one-pagers, event assets and other external-facing collateral
- Build and update presentation decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Support internal document design – templates, branded materials, and ad hoc requests
- Maintain visual consistency across all outputs in line with brand guidelines
CopywritingQualificationsWhy RecruitGo?
- Strong copywriting skills across captions, event copy, member features, and short-form content.
- Ability to write in Cabal’s established brand voice and follow our internal style guide.
- Canva – proficiency is required, not just familiarity.
- Presentations – Google Slides or PowerPoint (or both) would be ideal.
- Analytics – Comfortable reading and reporting on social media performance metrics.
- AI design tools (e.g., Claude) for creative support and ideation.
- Experience with scheduling/social management tools.
- Experience with Wix (or similar) for small website updates/adding upcoming events.
- Video and moving graphic creation capability.
- Attention to detail, confident, curious, warm, and fun to work with.
- Prompt and responsive.
- Strong written English & creativity for captions, copy, and document text.

- Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – PHP 40,000
- Work Setup: Work-from-home in the Philippines
- Work Schedule: BST / GMT 09:00 – 17:00 with a 1-hour break
