Who You Are
You are a strong communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to guide meaningful conversations. You’re skilled at listening, asking the right questions, and understanding client needs in a thoughtful, consultative way. You bring experience working directly with customers over the phone and are comfortable owning conversations from start to finish. You take pride in delivering a high-quality experience and helping clients make important decisions with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers who have expressed interest through HomeLight
- Handle inbound (warm) leads through both incoming and outbound follow-up calls — no cold calling required
- Conduct one-on-one, consultative conversations to understand each client’s home buying or selling needs
- Build trust quickly and guide clients toward the most relevant HomeLight solutions
- Provide a high-touch, personalized experience that makes clients feel confident in their next steps
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up thoughtfully to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (sales, client services, or similar)
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience handling inbound leads or consultative conversations over the phone
- Ability to manage conversations with focus and depth (one client at a time)
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality over volume
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using CRM systems and standard business tools
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
