Headquarters: United States, Remote
Our Mission:
6sense’s mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency. We envision a future where companies, teams and people reach their full potential.
Our People:
People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging. Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.
As our Partner Marketing Manager you will be responsible for turning strategic partnerships into a measurable pipeline motion- building the co-marketing programs, and partner activation strategies that help communicate the power of 6Sense alongside our key partners. This is a builder’s role for someone who wants to own a meaningful piece of how 6sense grows, and who understands that great partner marketing sits at the intersection of relationship depth and disciplined execution.
Responsibilities:
- Joint Go-to-Market Programs
Build and run co-marketing programs with strategic partners, from end to end: partner alignment, asset development, campaign execution, field activation, and measurement. Own the pipeline contribution from partner marketing activity and be accountable for reporting it clearly. - Joint Events and Activations
Own the partner presence at key industry events (including our own, BreakThrough), co-hosted webinars, and joint field programs. Coordinate logistics, messaging, and follow-up across both sides of the partnership to make sure activations generate pipeline. - Partner Relationships
Serve as the primary marketing counterpart to partner marketing and alliances teams at key accounts. Build the kind of working relationships where partner counterparts are actively seeking us out. Create opportunities for 6sense to co-present at joint events, and develop the trust that makes joint programs move faster. - Partner Marketing Metrics
Define what success looks like for partner marketing at 6sense, working with marketing operations to build the reporting infrastructure to measure it, and communicate results to marketing leadership and BD stakeholders on a regular cadence. - Performance Measurement
- Partner-Sourced Pipeline
Volume and velocity of pipeline generated through co-marketing programs and partner activations, tracked with clear attribution. - Partner Marketing Engagement
Depth of engagement from partner counterparts: co-investment in programs, co-branded content produced, joint events executed, and partner-sourced leads generated. - Enablement Adoption
Usage and effectiveness of partner-facing enablement materials, measured by partner sales team feedback and co-sell conversation rates. - Program Execution Quality
On-time, on-brief delivery of co-marketing programs – with the partner relationship strengthened as a result.
Competencies and Behaviors:
- Influence Without Authority Operates effectively in an environment where the people you most depend on (partner counterparts, internal sales, product marketing) don’t report into the same leadership. Builds alignment through credibility and relationships.
- Revenue-First Thinking Connects every program to pipeline and revenue. Doesn’t measure success by content produced or events run. Asks “what did this produce?” and builds programs that are designed to answer that question.
- Partner-Facing Presence Comfortable representing 6sense externally. Shows up in partner conversations with enough confidence and preparation to be a genuine asset in the room.
- Execution Discipline Manages the complexity of co-marketing at pace. Gets joint programs across the finish line even when approval chains are complex.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration Works fluidly across product marketing, demand generation, content, field marketing, and BD to bring partner programs to life.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- 5 or more years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a field marketing role, partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing role where you owned outcomes and field programs.
- Experience working directly with external partner stakeholders. You have presented to partner leadership, negotiated co-marketing agreements, and maintained productive relationships through disagreements.
- A clear point of view on how to measure partner marketing impact, including how to handle the attribution ambiguity that comes with the territory.
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS technology ecosystem: how ISV partnerships, technology integrations, and co-sell motions work in practice.
