We are seeking an experienced Content Creator to develop engaging learning, enablement, and communication content for enterprise audiences.
This role combines instructional design, content strategy, storytelling, and content development. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex information into clear, practical, and engaging content that helps people learn, perform, and achieve business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, skilled at simplifying technical or complex subject matter, and comfortable working with AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Storytelling
- Transform complex products, services, processes, and business concepts into engaging audience-focused content.
- Analyse briefs and ask insightful questions to understand:

Recommend effective content formats, including:
- Learning materials
- Job aids

Create a Variety Of Content Types, Including
- Training presentations and slide decks
- Learning resources and job aids
- Sales enablement materials

- E-learning scripts and module content
- Video scripts and storyboards
- Infographics and visual learning content (working alongside designers where required)
You will apply adult learning principles to ensure content is relevant, practical, and easy to implement.

Responsibilities Include
- Using AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, iteration, and content refinement.
- Validating all AI-assisted outputs for:

Using AI to improve clarity, challenge assumptions, strengthen examples, and enhance learner engagement. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to project-specific AI usage guidelines. Subject Matter Translation
- Convert complex technical, product, or business information into practical, audience-friendly content.
- Synthesise large volumes of information into concise, high-value outputs.
- Create realistic business scenarios and examples that support understanding and application.
Brand & Messaging Consistency
- Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
- Maintain consistency across terminology, formatting, and narrative structure.
- Deliver concise content that meets defined consumption goals without sacrificing quality or clarity.
Collaboration
- Participate in project briefings and stakeholder discussions.
- Work closely with project leads, designers, learning specialists, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into content creation workflows.
Desirable Experience

- Learning & Development (L&D) experience.
- E-learning script writing and LMS content development.
- Experience working with technical products, software, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
