You’ll be the friendly expert that helps new customers hit the ground running with Birdview PSA – and sticks with them through every milestone, check-in, and high-five moment.
What You’ll Be Up To
Implementation & Onboarding:

Guide new customers through onboarding like a pro – mapping out their goals, digging into their workflows, and building plans that actually work.

Deliver training sessions that are clear, fun, and full of “aha!” moments.

Customize Birdview PSA to fit each customer’s unique needs.

Team up with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a smooth, wow-worthy kickoff experience.
