About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist who can own the full campaign lifecycle: from ad account builds and creative briefing to data analysis and weekly client calls. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats — especially paid media execution, creative direction, copywriting, and light project management.
This is a high-ownership role on a small team, with direct access to leadership and room to grow.
What You’ll Do

Run and optimize Meta and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, FB/IG)

Write direct-response copy for ads and landing pages

Create creative briefs for static and video assets (UGC, interview, demo)

Analyze performance and translate data into action

Own weekly client communication and recommendations

Track tasks via ClickUp, update team and clients via Slack

Help improve playbooks, templates, and internal systems
