We’re looking for an elite Senior Web + Brand Designer to join us full-time. You’ll lead high-impact design projects for some of the most exciting companies in the world — from early brand foundations to large-scale web systems.

You’ll be supported by a studio that invests in your growth, values your voice, and believes great design can move businesses. We meet in person twice a year in places like Greece, Barcelona, or Miami.
Responsibilities

Own web and brand design from first principles to polished execution

Translate strategy into powerful, scalable design systems

Work cross-functionally in Figma, Notion, and Framer

Lead exploration, direction setting, and refinement

Uphold design quality and contribute to studio culture
Qualifications

5+ years in web and brand design — ideally in agency or B2B SaaS

Portfolio of exceptional digital work across brand and web
-
Expert-level in Figma and web UI best practices

Bonus: Framer, motion design, Rive, After Effects, or illustration

Experience leading projects from scratch and designing in systems

Thoughtful communicator and team collaborator
