About the role…
ShopMy is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to solve complex business challenges, implement strategic plans, and oversee mission-critical projects from concept to execution. Roles and responsibilities…
- As a Senior Manager on Strategy & Operations, you be an integral member of the team tackling high-impact, cross-functional projects throughout the company
- You will work closely with ShopMy leadership to solve core business challenges, work through ambiguity, and drive results
- You will develop and refine processes to enhance business operations and support scalable growth, ensuring that projects are implemented effectively and efficiently
- You will identify specific areas of opportunity through analysis and discovery efforts, test those hypotheses and bring forward-looking recommendations to the table
- You will structure strategic and operational initiatives by developing work plans, aligning on key milestones and KPIs
- You will be the end-to-end owner of projects, jumping into different areas of the company and overseeing the execution of mission critical initiatives
