The Role
As a Growth Designer you will play a critical role in our mission to help great brands take over the internet. You will collaborate on designing high performing landing pages, own the design and feel of our product, as well as support on the creation of Meta ad creatives. Your expertise in designing and implementing in Webflow will be key to the success of these projects. You’ll work directly with the founders on the execution of these projects.
What You’ll Do
UI/UX Design & Product Ownership
Own the end-to-end user experience of our medical evaluation platform
Create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex medical processes for patients
Design and maintain a consistent design system across all digital touchpoints
Landing Page & Website Development
Design and implement high-converting landing pages in Webflow
Optimize page layouts and user flows to maximize conversion rates
Ensure responsive design that works flawlessly across all devices
Meta Ad Creation & Growth Marketing Support
Create visually compelling Meta ad creatives that drive patient acquisition
Design email templates and marketing materials that reinforce our brand
Collaborate with marketing team to visualize campaign concepts
Testing & Optimization
Conduct A/B testing to identify design improvements that impact conversion
Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
Iterate rapidly based on performance metrics and user feedback
Collaboration & Communication
Work directly with founders to transform business goals into design solutions
Present design concepts clearly and defend design decisions with rationale
Gather and implement feedback from stakeholders across the organization

What You’ll Bring
Proven track record of success as a Growth Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and impact on business growth
Experience with Figma and Webflow implementation.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience in designing websites for optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers for seamless implementation
Ability to elevate visual identity and user experience of clients’ brands and websites, ensuring cohesive and seamless user experiences across all touchpoints
Experience with A/B testing and design optimization, utilizing data-driven insights to iterate and refine designs for improved conversion rates and user engagement
Role Details and Requirements
Full time role
Overlap minimum with EST of 6 working hours
Proficient with written and verbal English
