Position Overview
Are you a UX/UI designer who blends aesthetics with functionality? Palerto Studio is looking for a talented designer to collaborate with on a project or hourly basis. If you have a keen eye for design, understand how digital experiences come to life, and love pushing boundaries, we’d love to team up.
This isn’t a full-time position—it’s an opportunity to work together on innovative projects where great design meets smart development.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our team to design visually striking and technically sound digital experiences
- Create scalable design systems in Figma that balance creativity and usability
- Design with modern web development trends in mind, ensuring feasibility and smooth implementation
- (Bonus) If you’re familiar with Webflow and Relume, that’s a plus—it helps to understand platform constraints
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of UX/UI best practices
- Experience designing for web and digital products with scalability in mind
- A good understanding of how design translates into development
- A problem-solving mindset—someone who designs with users and technical execution in mind
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
