The core metric is paying users with positive unit economics.<\/p>\n<p>This is a role at the intersection of product and marketing: you grow the product by changing it \u2014 funnel, landing pages, paywall, features.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be vibecoding a lot and actively involved in product development. Your pet projects and obsession with AI coding and AI agents matter much more than years of formal experience. If you spend your evenings building your own stuff, trying to monetize it, testing ideas \u2014 that&#8217;s exactly what we&#8217;re looking for.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Product-led growth.<\/strong> Identify and ship product changes that drive growth: landing pages, funnels, paywall, features.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Performance and SEO as tools.<\/strong> Understand the channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO), formulate hypotheses and requirements, evaluate results \u2014 without buying media yourself.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Vibecoding.<\/strong> Quickly build and iterate on the product (landing pages, prototypes, simple features) using no-code and AI tools. This is an ongoing process, not one-off tests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Subscription model.<\/strong> Pricing, trial, paywall, retention.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Analytics.<\/strong> CAC, LTV, retention \u2014 understand where the economics break.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>AI and automation.<\/strong> Use AI to move faster: creatives, prototypes, analytics, AI agents for routine tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who we&#8217;re looking for\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Middle-level experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Russian &#8211; native language.
