This role is critical to ensuring the reliability of our systems and delivering a high-quality experience to our customers. You\u2019ll be on the front lines\u2014watching for issues, diagnosing problems, and escalating when needed.<\/p>\n<p>This role blends technical observation with clear communication. You\u2019ll interact with internal escalation teams, helping ensure problems are spotted and addressed quickly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>System Monitoring: <\/strong>Actively monitor robot performance and system health through internal dashboards and monitoring tools<\/p>\n<p><strong>Issue Identification:<\/strong> Detect anomalies, errors, or performance concerns through observation or automated alerts<\/p>\n<p><strong>First-Level Troubleshooting: <\/strong>Investigate issues, apply known solutions, and attempt resolution where possible<\/p>\n<p><strong>Escalation:<\/strong> Document and escalate unresolved issues based on established workflows<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communication: <\/strong>Stay in sync with teammates across shifts by sharing timely updates and status changes in Slack<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incident Logging: <\/strong>Accurately document incidents, including symptoms, actions taken, and resolution outcomes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift Handoffs: <\/strong>Maintain continuity across shifts through effective written updates and documentation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Support:<\/strong> Evaluate and escalate external questions or concerns related to robot behavior or system status<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong communicator who can clearly explain what\u2019s happening and what needs to be done<\/li>\n<li>Observant, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks<\/li>\n<li>Technically curious \u2014 you don\u2019t need to be an engineer, but you\u2019re comfortable using internal tools and asking good questions<\/li>\n<li>Calm under pressure, especially when things break<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, including across shifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in a support, monitoring, or gaming environment is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work assigned shift (including overnight\/weekend where applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using Slack and learning internal monitoring systems<\/li>\n<li><strong>Operations run 24\/7, so you can expect rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-$10,500 gross (before taxes)<\/p>\n<p>-Law Benefits<\/p>\n<p>-2 days off<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>After 3 months:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Medical expenses insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Saving funds.<\/p>\n<p>Grocery tickets ($1,200)<\/p>\n<p>PRIVACY POLICY:<\/p>\n<p>By providing your information in this application, you understand that we will collect and process your information in accordance with our Applicant Privacy Notice.
