You\u2019ll have the space to think, solve problems creatively, make confident decisions, and see the impact of your work quickly.<\/p>\n<p>As the friendly voice of Capital on Tap, you\u2019ll help make life easier for our customers by keeping things simple, clear, and stress-free while they focus on building their businesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <br \/><\/strong>Working remotely as part of a structured, supportive team, you\u2019ll:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support customers across phone, email, and live chat.<\/li>\n<li>Take full ownership of queries from first contact through to resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Handle complex and sensitive account queries with confidence and care.<\/li>\n<li>Apply financial services policies and processes accurately while managing high volumes with professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Identify customers who may need extra support and ensure they receive it.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with your remote team to share feedback, suggest improvements, and continuously enhance the customer experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Values &amp; Culture <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Just Pilot:<\/strong> We never settle for \u201cgood enough\u201d. If you own a task and agree to a date, the expectation is that it gets done.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feedback: <\/strong>We want our employees to flourish, so we regularly provide direct and constructive feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We\u2019re Looking For <\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years\u2019 customer service experience in a financial services or contact centre environment.<\/li>\n<li>Confident handling multi-channel customer contacts (phone, email, live chat).<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working within regulated environments and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Calm, solutions-focused, and professional when managing sensitive or difficult cases.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remote Working Requirements<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A quiet, secure home working space with reliable high-speed internet.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working structured shifts from home while staying organised, focused, and engaged.<\/li>\n<li>Strong self-management skills and confidence using multiple systems at once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We\u2019ll provide all the equipment you need to succeed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shifts <\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong>We operate extended support hours and offer structured rotating shift patterns. Shift reliability is essential in a remote environment.<\/p>\n<p>Nights Team &#8211; Working Monday\u2013Sunday (2 weekends in every 4), covering between 6pm\u20136am or 8pm\u20138am. 4-week rolling shift pattern:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Week 1: 4 on, 3 off\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Week 2: 3 on, 1 off, 3 on\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Week 3: 3 off, 4 on\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Week 4: 7 days off<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interview Process <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stage 1: 15-minute telephone interview with Talent Partner<\/li>\n<li>Final Stage: 45-minute video interview with 2 of our Customer Service Team Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Start date: Monday 13th April 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Diversity &amp; Inclusion<\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>We welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity.
