You&#8217;ll design and continuously improve digital assets and web interfaces, working closely with CMS-based publishing workflows. AI tools are a key part of your toolkit \u2014 we want someone who uses them to move faster and think bigger.<\/p>\n<p>AI-first mindset required. We expect you to actively use AI design and ideation tools to accelerate your work and expand your creative output \u2014 from generating concepts to optimising existing designs.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is to get rid of routine tasks and give you an opportunity to focus of creative side of the job!<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Create and refine UI designs for marketing pages and digital campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Optimise existing designs with a focus on usability and visual consistency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with content and dev teams within CMS-based workflows<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Understand CMS constraints and design with them in mind from the start<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Use AI tools for concept generation, image editing, and design iteration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain and evolve the team&#8217;s visual style guidelines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Solid grasp of UI\/UX fundamentals \u2014 layout, typography, colour, hierarchy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Understanding of how CMS platforms work and how they affect design decisions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency in Figma or similar tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience using AI tools in the design process (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Attention to detail and a good eye for brand consistency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Portfolio showing marketing or web design work is a strong plus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recruiter &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/halyna-vorona-332531a4\/\" rel=\"nofollow ugc noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Halyna Vorona<\/a><\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re looking for a creative junior UI Designer to support TechMagic&#8217;s marketing team.
