Applications from candidates outside the EU cannot be considered for this assignment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>About the Role<\/h2>\n<p>Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project &amp; Turnaround Manager to lead the recovery and transformation of several critical digital initiatives across Digital Commerce and Digital Customer Experience.<\/p>\n<p>This role is suited for a seasoned leader with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex international programs and successfully turning around challenged projects. The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders, business teams, enterprise architecture, vendors, and delivery organizations to stabilize delivery, improve operational effectiveness, and drive strategic transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The environment is global, multicultural, and technologically complex, requiring strong leadership, resilience, and the ability to influence across multiple management layers.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h2>Program &amp; Turnaround Management<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Lead turnaround and recovery efforts for failing projects and programs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drive delivery governance, accountability, and execution across multiple initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage large-scale global programs involving distributed and intercultural teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Operate effectively in hybrid delivery environments combining classic and agile methodologies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Improve project execution standards, including reporting, testing, governance, and delivery processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate across three management layers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Steer Enterprise and Solution Architecture alignment throughout implementations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Digital Commerce Transformation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Improve and streamline digital sales strategies and sales processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Align and optimize the digital commerce technology landscape<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee initiatives related to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Configurators<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Pricing systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Quotation platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Digital sales platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Introduce and improve application performance monitoring capabilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enhance operational effectiveness within the \u201cBusiness as Usual\u201d organization<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Digital Customer Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Drive initiatives to unify digital customer experiences across platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee integration and consolidation of multiple customer portals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Guide implementation oversight for Adobe Experience Manager initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure alignment between business objectives and customer-facing digital solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>15+ years of experience managing complex global programs and projects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience in turnaround management and recovering failing initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong background in Digital Commerce and Digital Customer Experience programs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience within B2B industrial or production environments (non-B2C)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated ability to influence senior business stakeholders and external vendors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience steering globally distributed teams in complex matrix organizations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>High level of resilience, ownership, and execution
