This role operates within a shared service group, serving as the bridge between Client Success (WCS) and our Engineering\/Product teams. You will be responsible for troubleshooting browser-based applications and ensuring that technical gaps are identified, documented, and resolved.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><b><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>Technical Troubleshooting:<\/strong><\/b> Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving HTML, CSS, and backend processes.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Issue Escalation:<\/strong><\/b> Identify and replicate product bugs; escalate them to the Product team via <b><strong>Jira<\/strong><\/b>, providing detailed technical context to speed up resolution.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Client Communication:<\/strong><\/b> Act as the main technical point of contact for clients seeking assistance via <b><strong>Salesforce<\/strong><\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Knowledge Sharing:<\/strong><\/b> Help senior staff focus on larger initiatives by taking on day-to-day technical tasks and documenting solutions.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Product Influence:<\/strong><\/b> Act as an advocate for the client by fighting for features and bug fixes that improve the user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/b> 3\u20135 years in a technical support or client-facing technical role.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Ticketing Systems:<\/strong><\/b> Extensive experience working with <b><strong>Salesforce<\/strong><\/b> for client management and <b><strong>Jira<\/strong><\/b> for engineering escalations.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Technical Proficiency:<\/strong><\/b> Strong ability to read and understand <b><strong>HTML and CSS<\/strong><\/b>; familiarity with <b><strong>JavaScript\/jQuery<\/strong><\/b> is required to identify front-end issues.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Technical Assets:<\/strong><\/b> Knowledge of <b><strong>databases (SQL)<\/strong><\/b>, backend services, and <b><strong>web security principles<\/strong><\/b> is a significant advantage.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/b> Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Mindset:<\/strong><\/b> A passion for troubleshooting and solving &#8220;why&#8221; something is broken rather than just &#8220;how&#8221; to use a tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b><strong>Success Metrics (KPIs)<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Your performance will be evaluated based on:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>Client Satisfaction:<\/strong><\/b> Survey results from handled cases.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Efficiency:<\/strong><\/b> Volume of tickets handled and &#8220;Time to First Pending&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Technical Accuracy:<\/strong><\/b> Ability to correctly identify and escalate bugs to the engineering team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b><strong>Why Join This Team?<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>This role offers a unique &#8220;cross-board&#8221; view of the company.
