You\u2019ll guide prospects and customers through their quote-to-cash journey, showing them how to embrace innovation, disrupt markets, and unlock new revenue streams in the Subscription Economy.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you\u2019ll combine technical expertise with strategic insight \u2014 delivering compelling demos, solving real-world problems, and helping enterprises reimagine how they grow.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>*This is a remote position with opportunities for in-person collaboration at team events, offsites, and office visits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Become an expert in Zuora\u2019s platform, products, and the full quote-to-cash lifecycle through our in-depth onboarding and sales training.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Account Executives to own the technical relationship with prospects and customers \u2014 understanding their goals, constraints, and success metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations to executives, illustrating how Zuora enables business growth and digital transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Build and present customized use-case demonstrations tailored to each customer\u2019s industry and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Differentiate Zuora\u2019s solutions by addressing technical objections, mitigating risks, and securing the technical win.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap with customer insights and emerging market needs.<\/li>\n<li>Drive adoption and value realization, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from their investment.<\/li>\n<li>Support the creation and execution of account plans and KPIs, identifying opportunities to expand Zuora\u2019s footprint.<\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to design innovative solutions and deliver seamless customer experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Represent Zuora at industry events, field demos, and webinars as a technical subject-matter expert.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to RFPs\/RFIs, manage escalations, and contribute to post-sales success in partnership with Customer Support and AEs.<\/li>\n<li>Travel as needed within your territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About You<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture within a SaaS business application environment (ERP, CRM, EPM, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>A passion for learning and becoming an expert in the Subscription Economy and quote-to-cash processes.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and executive audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of value-based selling and SaaS \/ cloud business models.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with subscription and recurring revenue models.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of API development and coding languages (e.g., Java, PHP, Ruby).<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or relevant FinTech or enterprise software experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About the Team<\/h2>\n<p>The Customer Solution Engineering team is a core partner in Zuora\u2019s growth, working side-by-side with Account Executives and cross-functional partners to design solutions that solve customers\u2019 most critical monetization and quote-to-cash challenges.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll join a highly collaborative, curious, and impact-driven group that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to shape deals and influence product direction.<\/li>\n<li>Thrives on solving complex technical and business problems in partnership with some of the world\u2019s most innovative companies.<\/li>\n<li>Values continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and enabling one another to do the best work of our careers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether remote, hybrid, or in-office, you\u2019ll stay closely connected to your teammates through intentional collaboration, regular syncs, and team events.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>At Zuora, we\u2019re constantly learning, innovating, and growing.
