Patient Experience &amp; Relationship Management<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries, concerns, and follow\u2011up needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong relationships with patients to support trust, compliance, and long\u2011term care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct post\u2011appointment check\u2011ins, progress calls, and satisfaction follow\u2011ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage service recovery for dissatisfied patients and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>2. Care Plan Coordination<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide patients through their recommended care plans, ensuring understanding of goals, timelines, and expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor patient adherence and proactively reach out to those who miss appointments or fall behind.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with chiropractors to adjust care plans based on progress or feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Track outcomes and identify opportunities to improve patient engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>3. Clinic Communication &amp; Workflow Support<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure consistent messaging across reception, practitioners, and digital channels.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high\u2011quality communication templates for SMS, email, and phone scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Support front\u2011desk staff with complex patient queries or escalations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with scheduling optimisation to reduce gaps and improve practitioner utilisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>4. Retention, Reactivation &amp; Growth<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement patient retention strategies, including progress reviews and milestone recognition.<\/li>\n<li>Manage reactivation campaigns for inactive or overdue patients.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for additional services (e.g., decompression, rehab, wellness plans) based on patient needs.<\/li>\n<li>Track key metrics such as retention rate, reactivation rate, and care\u2011plan completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>5.
