In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers whose order did not get processed using phone calls, emails, and text messages to recover incomplete sales. This is a base pay + commission position with unlimited earning potential, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Call, email, and text customers whose order did not go through, aiming to recover sales and increase revenue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Engage with customers to address concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete their purchases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure customer engagement and increase conversion rates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Meet or exceed individual sales recovery targets on a weekly or monthly basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Bring to The Table:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A positive attitude and a passion for sales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prior experience in phone sales, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Must Have\u2019s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater, (<a href=\"https:\/\/chromium.github.io\/octane\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/chromium.github.io\/octane\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A backup system for power and internet.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working noise-cancelling headset.
