This role is responsible for managing a book of renewal business, proactively engaging customers, and executing renewals through a consultative sales motion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.<\/p>\n<p>The SaaS Renewals Representative partners closely with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle to support renewal and expansion execution. This role requires strong execution discipline, effective communication skills, and a working understanding of SaaS and Subscription sales, forecasting, and pipeline management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you will make your mark:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a portfolio of SaaS and some \u201cHybrid\u201d SaaS\/Software renewals, driving on-time renewals and expansion<\/li>\n<li>Proactively engage customers to scope environments and present renewal and multi-year subscription options<\/li>\n<li>Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities as part of the renewal motion<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce and related tools<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute renewals and resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with customers and partners to advance deals, address concerns, and drive decisions<\/li>\n<li>Navigate and de-escalate customer issues by establishing clear next steps, owners, and timelines<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong follow-up and accountability to ensure deal progression and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Participate in operating rhythms including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and deal inspections<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong working knowledge of Commvault products, pricing, and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who you are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 years renewals or inside sales\u00b7 4\u20136 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a consultative manner<\/li>\n<li>Excellent French and English language skills both written and verbal to C1\/C2 proficiency is required.
