Our mission is to unlock the potential of Generative AI by tapping into real-world expertise from across the globe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Graphic Designer, your focus will be on layouts, infographics, social media templates, and overall visual polish. We need a versatile, all-around graphic designer to handle diverse visual tasks, utilizing industry-standard tools to structure information cleanly and effectively. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the creation of clean layouts, modern infographics, and establish a clear visual hierarchy to ensure readable and engaging content. <\/li>\n<li>Design highly engaging, reusable templates for various social media channels, as well as impactful one-pagers. <\/li>\n<li>Elevate everyday materials by working deeply with advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition. <\/li>\n<li>Transform raw data and concepts into professional, polished visual assets tailored to specific marketing and communication goals. <\/li>\n<li>Enforce design quality standards through systematic verification of visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency prior to delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important note <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please submit your CV in English. Tasks are available only when projects are active. From creating training prompts to refining model outputs, you\u2019ll help shape the future of AI while ensuring technology benefits everyone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative fields is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Layout &amp; Typography:\u00a0Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition to elevate everyday materials. <\/li>\n<li>Visual Asset Creation:\u00a0Proven ability to structure information cleanly through modern infographics and compelling social media templates. <\/li>\n<li>Design Tools:\u00a0Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma to handle a wide spectrum of visual tasks. <\/li>\n<li>Format Versatility:\u00a0Seamlessly switch between designing impactful one-pagers and highly engaging digital templates, adapting to the constraints of each medium.<\/li>\n<li>English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).<\/li>\n<li>An adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset. <\/li>\n<li>Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets. <\/li>\n<li>Self-directed work ethic with the ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Your CV must include a link to your portfolio with graphic design examples. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant graphic design cases, will not be considered.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project time expectations <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10\u201320 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On this project, contributors can earn up to <strong>$50 per hour equivalent<\/strong>, depending on their level and pace of contribution. <\/p>\n<p>Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
