This isn\u2019t a place to coast \u2014 but if you want to grow fast, take ownership, and solve tough problems, you\u2019ll be challenged like nowhere else.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a <strong>Founding Designer<\/strong> to own and define Infisical\u2019s brand and marketing design.<\/p>\n<p>As Infisical has grown, the number of brand and marketing surfaces we touch has expanded significantly. It has become increasingly important to establish a coherent, high-quality, and memorable design aesthetic that reflects our ambition and the technical depth of our product. This role exists to own and define that visual identity end to end, translating abstract ideas into narrative-rich visuals, proposing creative directions, and bringing consistency and craft into everything we put into the world.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll work closely with a co-founder and the Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience teams to deliver work across a wide range of brand and marketing surfaces. Examples include designing the <a href=\"https:\/\/infisical.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow ugc noopener\" target=\"_blank\">landing page<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/infisical_today-is-our-final-day-at-kubecon-come-say-activity-7394701827826651136-SgcU?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop&amp;rcm=ACoAADsW4kEBonRRHLjR_2vyF-MAL0Alc9JftEY\" rel=\"nofollow ugc noopener\" target=\"_blank\">conference booths<\/a>, presentations, merch, <a href=\"https:\/\/infisical.com\/blog\" rel=\"nofollow ugc noopener\" target=\"_blank\">blog designs<\/a> and other marketing assets, etc.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work<\/li>\n<li>Strong creative and aesthetic judgment \u2014 the ability to produce bold, original, and cohesive visual designs.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort operating in ambiguity \u2014 you can generate creative directions with limited input and run with them without heavy hand-holding.<\/li>\n<li>A bias toward action \u2014 able to iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Based in the Americas (or willing to work in the US timezone).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Bonus<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to ship landing pages end to end without engineering support.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like for inspiration, experimentation, or execution.<\/li>\n<li>Experience helping scale a design function, or major rebrand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How You\u2019ll Grow<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In this role, you\u2019ll play a foundational role in shaping how the company looks and presents itself to the world. As you gain experience and the team expands, you\u2019ll take full ownership of Infisical\u2019s brand and marketing design function, influence how and when we expand the design team, shape new creative surfaces and mediums as the company scales, and continuously raise the bar for craft, clarity, and impact.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, you\u2019ll be one of the defining forces behind how Infisical is perceived as we grow, with the autonomy and responsibility to do the best creative work of your career.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Team, Values &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our team brings experience from companies like Figma, AWS, and Red Hat. We operate primarily as a remote team but maintain a strong presence in San Francisco, where we have an office.
