ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Manager<\/b> to join our team. This is a 100% Remote<\/b> position supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).<\/p>\n

At ManTech, we are protecting the nation\u2019s infrastructure and securing the mission-critical systems of the U.S. Government. We provide comprehensive program management, strategic oversight, and agile delivery solutions for large-scale federal initiatives.<\/p>\n

As a Senior Program Manager, you will serve as a Strategic Leader and Mission Partner<\/b>. You will move beyond day-to-day oversight to manage the lifecycle of complex, multi-task projects. You are the “expert\u2019s expert” guiding the program\u2019s technical strategy, managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of contractors and subcontractors. You will drive excellence by defining work standards, enforcing quality assurance, and ensuring the delivery of measurable ROI to our federal customers.<\/p>\n
