You will be the first point of contact for hotel customers, handling inquiries and incidents related to Oracle Hospitality applications such as <strong>OPERA<\/strong> and <strong>OPERA Cloud<\/strong>. You\u2019ll provide guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed to ensure seamless hotel operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.<br \/>\u25cf Diagnose and resolve incidents related to property management systems (PMS).<br \/>\u25cf Enrich and document incidents for escalation to Oracle technical support when required.<br \/>\u25cf Provide training and tips to help users maximize system efficiency.<br \/>\u25cf Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.<br \/>\u25cf Stay updated on Oracle Hospitality products and hotel operations best practices.<br \/>\u25cf Communicate clearly and empathetically in both <strong>German and English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Experience in hotel operations or hospitality IT support, preferably with Oracle OPERA.<br \/>\u25cf Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.<br \/>\u25cf Understanding of remote connectivity tools and IT fundamentals.<br \/>\u25cf Excellent communication and documentation skills.<br \/>\u25cf Fluency in <strong>German and English<\/strong> (written and spoken).<br \/>\u25cf Proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Competitive compensation and benefits.<br \/>\u25cf Learning and career growth opportunities within Managed Services Oracle Hospitality.<br \/>\u25cf Collaborative and inclusive culture.<\/p>\n<p><i>At Oracle, we don\u2019t just respect differences\u2014we celebrate them.
