The ideal candidate brings strong people management skills, experience operating in high-volume, scaled customer environments, and a focus on driving efficient, data-informed customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership and People Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, lead, and mentor a team of CSMs supporting Enterprise customers<\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-centric culture<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching, performance management, and career development support<\/li>\n<li>Drive accountability through clear goals, metrics, and regular feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Segment Strategy and Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Customer Success and cross-functional leaders to define segment-specific strategies<\/li>\n<li>Execute programs tailored to Enterprise customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Design and operationalize engagement models<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency in customer journeys while adapting for segment nuances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain visibility into adoption, health scores, and engagement metrics across the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Guide the team in identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Drive proactive outreach and intervention based on data insights<\/li>\n<li>Support account reviews and leverage segment-level insights to improve outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Engagement and Advocacy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure strong stakeholder relationships across Enterprise accounts<\/li>\n<li>Deliver consistent value through interactions<\/li>\n<li>Capture and synthesize customer feedback to inform internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and go-to-market strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Retention and Growth:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and expansion<\/li>\n<li>Support renewal strategies and improve retention outcomes across segments<\/li>\n<li>Leverage data to contribute to accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility<\/li>\n<li>Identify and scale growth opportunities within the Enterprise base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and refine processes that enable scale and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Improve team productivity through tooling, automation, and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Standardize workflows and reporting for consistency and visibility<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry trends and evolve engagement strategies accordingly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Prior people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Enterprise or high-ARR customer segments<\/li>\n<li>Experience with high-touch customer success models<\/li>\n<li>Background in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or a related technical domain preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong operational mindset with experience building or optimizing processes<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive retention and growth in a metrics-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong> up to $200,000 base salary + bonus (depending on experience)<\/p>\n<p>A few of the benefits we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equity\/stock options<\/li>\n<li>Unlimited PTO<\/li>\n<li>Remote work with flexible coworking and team meetup opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Home office and internet stipend<\/li>\n<li>100% health\/dental\/vision insurance coverage for you and your family<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your experience is close but doesn\u2019t fulfill all requirements, please apply.
