Ser\u00c3\u00a1 respons\u00c3\u00a1vel por apoiar a utiliza\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00a3o da plataforma, identificar problemas e oportunidades de melhoria, atualizar informa\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00b5es operacionais e contribuir para o acompanhamento de indicadores e processos da \u00c3\u00a1rea.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Realizar atendimento aos clientes por meio dos canais oficiais, esclarecendo d\u00c3\u00bavidas sobre a plataforma (contratos, vistorias, rescis\u00c3\u00b5es, aditivos e fluxos de utiliza\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00a3o);<\/li>\n<li>Prestar suporte e conduzir atendimentos de forma assertiva, garantindo a viabilidade da solu\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00a3o e identificando poss\u00c3\u00adveis riscos;<\/li>\n<li>Registrar todas as solicita\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00b5es no sistema (tickets), com evid\u00c3\u00aancias e detalhamento necess\u00c3\u00a1rio para acompanhamento das \u00c3\u00a1reas envolvidas;<\/li>\n<li>Analisar e identificar problemas relacionados a tickets, projetos e produto, propondo melhorias;<\/li>\n<li>Atualizar cards no clickup e realizar lan\u00c3\u00a7amentos de dados de clientes e informa\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00b5es comerciais referentes aos contratos;<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar e acompanhar planilhas de controle, relat\u00c3\u00b3rios mensais e demais indicadores da \u00c3\u00a1rea;<\/li>\n<li>Atuar em atendimento reativo multicanal, prezando por qualidade, empatia e personaliza\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00a3o no contato, fortalecendo a experi\u00c3\u00aancia do usu\u00c3\u00a1rio;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrar interesse genu\u00c3\u00adno no relacionamento com o cliente, promovendo autonomia no uso da plataforma;<\/li>\n<li>Participar de reuni\u00c3\u00b5es, treinamentos e iniciativas de desenvolvimento cont\u00c3\u00adnuo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atuar no suporte N1, realizando atendimento multicanal aos clientes para esclarecer d\u00c3\u00bavidas, registrar e acompanhar solicita\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00b5es, garantindo uma experi\u00c3\u00aancia \u00c3\u00a1gil, humanizada e eficiente.
