Queries may cover the following topics: salary and pay-slip questions, onboarding, holiday\/leave of absence allocation and conditions, overtime and many others,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Explaining how to use the online HR systems,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Investigating more complex cases.<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent English: C1 minimum,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent Italian: C1 minimum,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Adaptability and attention to details,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Self-motivation and willingness to learn,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience in Customer Care is a plus, but not required.
