We are looking for candidates with a strong sense of organization, autonomy, excellent communication skills and a solid work ethic to support our business development activities across markets. You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a globally focused organization built on a human-scale while working with a brand with international recognition and prestige.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiating the first contact with industry executives and policymakers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Implementing a multi-channel business development and prospecting strategy for contacting C-suite executives through emailing, social media, PharmaBoardroom\u2019s database, and direct calls to schedule exclusive interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with media and PR teams from global firms, organizing presentation decks, taking pitch calls.<\/li>\n<li>Joining the CEO and Senior management on client meetings (possibility to travel for short assignments).<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting of business activity: contacts, activity, pipeline, brief reports through our CRM system.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and partnering with regional conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Any complementary mission that is required to contribute to strengthening PharmaBoardroom\u2019s reach and presence across the Americas and EMEA regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What You Will Learn<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage senior executives and decision-makers in a global professional environment.<\/li>\n<li>Apply best practices in stakeholder outreach and partnership building.<\/li>\n<li>Develop project coordination, communication, and tracking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Gain insights into healthcare and life sciences trends across multiple regions.<\/li>\n<li>Understand how industry narratives are shaped through interviews and published reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qualifications<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree \u2013 preferably business or life science background.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in business English (Spanish, French, German or Arabic being a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>High level of autonomy with a passion for learning and enthusiastic.<\/li>\n<li>A dynamic approach to prospecting.<\/li>\n<li>Professional etiquette and strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Compensation <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a remote, contractor-based opportunity with PharmaBoardroom, structured through a service agreement with our UK-based company.
