What We\u2019re Looking For in our Customer-Facing Laboratory Projects, Project Manager role for the North Carolina Market.<\/b><\/p>\n
We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in project management processes, tools, and best practices, along with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating with third-party vendors and is comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills are essential in this role, including the ability to lead meetings, provide clear and concise updates, and maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n
A collaborative mindset is key, as this role requires working effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role requires a willingness and ability to spend extended periods working on-site at customer locations as needed to support successful project delivery.<\/p>\n
The Ideal Candidate:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n
For this role, the project manager must be local to Raleigh,\u00a0Charlotte, or Greensboro, North Carolina, and be able to travel within the designated area to service customer projects in the North Carolina territory. <\/p>\n
As a Project Manager, you will lead or support the end-to-end delivery of large, integrated laboratory service projects. This is a hands-on role that requires active engagement at customer sites across North Carolina and North America, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.<\/p>\n

It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
