Con el inicio del nuestro semestre <strong>2026-II <\/strong>en la modalidad a distancia, nos encontramos en la b\u00c3\u00basqueda de <strong>docentes talentosos y apasionados<\/strong> que deseen unirse a nuestra misi\u00c3\u00b3n de <strong>Mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias peruanas a trav\u00c3\u00a9s de una educaci\u00c3\u00b3n accesible, inclusiva y de calidad.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Requisitos<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>A continuaci\u00c3\u00b3n, te compartimos los detalles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profesionales de la carrera de Psicolog\u00c3\u00ada, Administraci\u00c3\u00b3n, Derecho, Educaci\u00c3\u00b3n, Ingenier\u00c3\u00ada, Marketing o similares.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con el grado de Magister o Doctor (Indispensable ser validado por Sunedu).<\/li>\n<li>Certificaci\u00c3\u00b3n en competencias digitales y dominio de plataformas educativas como Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, entre otras. <\/li>\n<li>Experiencia profesional comprobada.<\/li>\n<li>Experiencia m\u00c3\u00adnima de 1 a\u00c3\u00b1o como docente de educaci\u00c3\u00b3n superior (preferencia modalidad virtual o h\u00c3\u00adbrida). <\/li>\n<li>Compromiso, proactividad y pasi\u00c3\u00b3n por la educaci\u00c3\u00b3n \u00c2\u00a1\u00c2\u00a1\u00c2\u00a1Indispensable!!!\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Funciones<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desarrollar sesiones s\u00c3\u00adncronas, promoviendo una experiencia educativa de calidad. <\/li>\n<li>Promover el aprendizaje activo mediante la dinamizaci\u00c3\u00b3n del aula virtual, incorporando recursos, metodolog\u00c3\u00adas y estrategias interactivas.<\/li>\n<li>Monitorear el progreso acad\u00c3\u00a9mico de los estudiantes, brindando retroalimentaci\u00c3\u00b3n oportuna, asesor\u00c3\u00ada y acompa\u00c3\u00b1amiento. <\/li>\n<li>Promover el pensamiento cr\u00c3\u00adtico, la innovaci\u00c3\u00b3n y la creatividad en las actividades de aprendizaje. <\/li>\n<li>Gestionar experiencias digitales de alto valor y colaborar en la innovaci\u00c3\u00b3n educativa, participando en comunidades docentes, espacios de mejora y actualizaci\u00c3\u00b3n continua en tendencias EdTech.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BENEFICIOS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ingreso a planilla con beneficios de ley desde el primer d\u00c3\u00ada.<\/li>\n<li>Remuneraci\u00c3\u00b3n acorde al mercado.<\/li>\n<li>Descuentos Corporativos.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a1Postula y se parte de esta gran familia.
