This role is essential to supporting a diverse and growing client base and managing multiple Pharmacy solutions, including Point of Sale, Prior Authorization, Online Portal, and Preferred Drug List. The environment is fast\u2011paced and dynamic, requiring effective leadership across production support, upgrades, and new implementations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Your role in our mission<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute offshore expansion,\u00a0drive\u00a0and own module labor transformation\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Enable handoffs across shores\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Accountable to make and meet 100% of delivery commitments\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Feed team with actionable work, escalate and mitigate requirement delays\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Drive operational cost efficiency of a module (both onshore\/offshore)\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Manage module labor and non-labor financial forecast, monthly variance analysis\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Monitor delivery flow and execute mitigation actions to get back on track\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Own quality and compliance to Definition of Done and documented standards\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Create and execute delivery plan for urgent change requests, defects, rally\u00a0Subject Matter Experts\u00a0and Architects to swarm on solution\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Own module on-call rosters \/ coverage to meet implementation and account needs\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Align development plans to implementation timelines and contracts\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Resolve conflicting priorities, balance delivery plan across implementation &amp; account demands\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Module point of contact for implementation &amp; account escalations\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for performance management,\u00a0coaching\u00a0and talent coverage plan<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Release Train Engineering and Product Owners to determine actions needed to make improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage escalated issues and requests from stakeholders (i.e., establish a solid communication channel between the development team and the implementation team)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with moving impediments, including dependencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of IT management experience<\/li>\n<li>Scrum\u2011certified in at least one role (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates a positive, energetic leadership style<\/li>\n<li>Highly adaptable and effective in fast\u2011changing environments<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present at an executive level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>What you should expect in this role<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a full-time permanent regular salaried\u00a0(W-2) employee position.<\/li>\n<li>Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).<\/li>\n<li>Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment.<\/li>\n<li>Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting.<\/li>\n<li>New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee&#8217;s Gainwell start date.<\/li>\n<li>Company provided computer for work use.<\/li>\n<li>For all hybrid and remote positions employees&#8217; Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.<\/li>\n<li>Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired. <\/li>\n<li>The use of AI during interviews is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>This position will accept applications unril June 8, 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#LI-NB1<\/p>\n<p>#LI-REMOTE<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The pay range for this position is $106,500.00 &#8211; $152,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
