This role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining high\u2011quality reporting, and coordinating multiple workstreams in a fast\u2011paced, international environment.<\/p>\n<p>YOU WILL<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.<\/li>\n<li>Support Project Managers and PMO by maintaining structured processes, templates, and reporting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and transparency of project data.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor risks and issues, proactively flagging potential delays and supporting mitigation planning.<\/li>\n<li>Manage communication flows between global, regional, and local teams.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross\u2011functional inputs for product launches, new market entries, and retail infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation quality, version control, and proper archiving of project materials.<\/li>\n<li>Support commercial marketing execution by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and in\u2011store activation materials.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with key business areas including Brand Retail, Brand Content, CX, B2B deployment, GBS deployment, and Commercial Planners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to GTR business priorities by supporting initiatives that drive commercial performance and retail excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support roles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast\u2011paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously and identify risks early.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder\u2011management skills.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, solution\u2011oriented mindset and a high level of accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with commercial marketing, retail, content, or commercial planning teams is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in cross\u2011functional and international environments.<\/li>\n<li>Very good command of English.<\/li>\n<li>Availability to work within a flexible time window (6:00\u201317:00) to support Asia\u2011based projects when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Work flexibility<\/strong><br \/>We give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
