We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products\/services and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Description<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>The <strong>Health &amp; Wellness Coach<\/strong> provides holistic coaching to program participants focusing on the key areas of well-being: nutrition, weight health, smoking cessation and physical. The Health &amp; Wellness Coach will provide telephonic, chat-based, or virtual coaching sessions in an individual or group module collaborating with clients to identify his\/her areas of desired change, setting specific long and short-term goals, developing a plan of action, and providing on-going coaching support to ensure the participant is successful in meeting his\/her goals. The Health &amp; Wellness Coach will facilitate seminars or webinars, group discussions, provide face-to-face or virtual events as needed based on the Coach\u00e2\u0080\u0099s area of expertise and qualifications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Duties<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver coaching sessions to participants via telephonic, video, or chat-based interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide follow-up and monitor participant progress towards identified goals.<\/li>\n<li>Refer participants to appropriate health, community, educational, and other resources to address barriers to change, promote engagement, and to support achievement of their goals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and complete documentation within designated database\/system.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate webinars, seminars, small group discussions and other interactive events within subject matter expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Offer solutions and creative ideas for improving internal processes, efficiencies and enhancing participant and customer outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u00e2\u0080\u0099 life, health, and\/or wellness coaching experience in the following areas of holistic well-being: weight health, nutritional and physical.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with nutritional\/weight management coaching is strongly desired.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of an ICF or NBCHWC accredited coaching program and\/or coaching certification preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree in a health, wellness, or behavioral health related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience providing coaching in virtual, telephonic, and chat-based environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience executing live trainings to larger groups of participants (in person or virtually)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description About Us: Revive is a dynamic and innovative organization specializing in healthcare delivery and technology.
