You will optimise the overall HR health and performance of your client portfolio by providing instrumental guidance on HR and legal compliance, taking a risk-management approach to complex industrial relations (IR) and employee relations (ER) matters. You will serve as the &#8220;expert in the room,&#8221; ensuring clients feel confident in our mission to make employment easier and more valuable.<br \/>Your key focus areas will be<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li>Expert Advisory Resolution: Resolve 100% of reactive compliance and legislative queries (terminations, investigations, disciplinary matters) on the fly with sound IR\/ER judgment from day one.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Satisfaction &amp; Retention: Maintain high client engagement scores and zero &#8220;avoidable churn&#8221; by building strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite and line manager stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>AI Integration &amp; Efficiency: Achieve a &#8220;Superhero&#8221; rating for internal efficiency by documenting and sharing at least three AI-driven &#8220;hacks&#8221; or workflows that accelerate the delivery of HR advice. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This will include<br \/><strong>Strategic Advisory &amp; Client Management<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li><strong>Strategic Planning:<\/strong> Develop and deliver strategic HR plans, review performance frameworks, and drive employee engagement for a portfolio of 4\u00e2\u0080\u009315 clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Portfolio Growth:<\/strong> Build your assigned portfolio to full capacity within the first 6 months, managing client expectations in line with fair use guides.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commercial Management:<\/strong> Actively manage the commercial relationship, navigating pushback and providing advice that clients may not want to hear while maintaining trust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pre-Sales Support:<\/strong> Represent the HR Partner team in pre-sales environments to showcase expertise to prospective clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical HR &amp; Compliance<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li><strong>Expert IR Advice:<\/strong> Provide &#8220;on the fly&#8221; best-practice advice on IR, compliance, and legislative queries from day one.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Case Management:<\/strong> Manage complex reactive queries including terminations, investigations, and disciplinary matters with a high degree of technical substance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HR Audits:<\/strong> Conduct compliance audits to ensure employment contracts and policies remain legally sound and consistent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The EH Way &amp; AI Innovation<br \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>AI-First Practice:<\/strong> Wield advanced AI tools as your default arsenal to sharpen decisions, automate bottlenecks, and increase execution speed.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Asynchronous Communication:<\/strong> Default to asynchronous communication (Slack, Confluence, G-Drive) to respect others&#8217; time and remove execution roadblocks instantly.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>AI Contribution:<\/strong> Participate in quarterly AI pillar groups to launch initiatives and share &#8220;AI hacks&#8221; that improve HR operations across the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technology &amp; Tooling<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li><strong>EH Platform Expert:<\/strong> Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Employment Hero platform for your clients, ensuring they are well-versed in all features.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow Management:<\/strong> Utilise Asana for project tracking, Slack for team collaboration, and the <strong>EH AI Agent<\/strong> for coaching on complex advice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Measurables &#8211; Key Performance Indicators<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li><strong>Portfolio Capacity:<\/strong> Achieve and maintain a full client workload (proportionate to working hours) within 6 months of commencement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Satisfaction:<\/strong> Maintain an exceptional customer experience with 0 NPS detractors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI Proficiency:<\/strong> Achieve a passing grade of 24\/30 on the AI Native scenario task and contribute to at least one AI-driven team initiative per quarter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Platform Implementation:<\/strong> Ensure client software implementation is completed within 60 days of onboarding.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mission Alignment:<\/strong> 100% of work must pass the litmus test of making employment easier or more valuable.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who you are\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>To thrive at Employment Hero, you\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll need to embody The EH Way &#8211; operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.
