We work closely with hospitality businesses to get them live quickly, confidently, and set up for long-term success.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We have established customers, proven systems, and a growing product, but we still move fast and value people who enjoy getting stuck in and improving how things work.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, is comfortable with light technical tasks, and wants to build a career in SaaS and customer success.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll be working as part of a broader Customer Success team and reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success. Your primary focus will be helping hospitality venues launch on the Bite platform as smoothly and quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Work directly with hospitality customers to guide them through onboarding and launch on the Bite platform<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure customer accounts and ensure setups meet their operational needs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with DNS and web domain changes, including editing DNS records and guiding customers where required<\/li>\n<li>Actively manage and reduce Time to Launch (TTL) as the primary success metric<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to identify and improve onboarding processes and customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Support customer launch promotions by preparing flyers and assets using Canva templates<\/li>\n<li>Clearly document onboarding steps, changes, and customer requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong>trong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers<\/li>\n<li>A genuine interest in SaaS, technology, and customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in a SaaS environment is preferred, but not essential<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with DNS records and basic technical configuration (training provided)<\/li>\n<li>Basic HTML knowledge is a nice to have, but not required<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using tools like Canva and following design templates<\/li>\n<li>Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboardings at once<\/li>\n<li>Australia-based and available to work Australian business hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Bite<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct exposure to Customer Success, onboarding, and SaaS operations<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to grow your role as the business and customer base expand<\/li>\n<li>Supportive team environment with clear leadership and direction<\/li>\n<li>Remote-first role with flexibility and trust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you\u00e2\u0080\u0099re excited about helping hospitality businesses succeed and want to build a career in customer success and SaaS, we\u00e2\u0080\u0099d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Onboarding Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time About Bite Bite is a fast-growing hospitality technology platform helping venues launch and manage their digital ordering and customer experiences.
