This is a hands-on, collaborative role supporting a kinetic executive who ensures his clients get high-touch service from him directly, including daily field visits. He needs an assistant who will continually anticipate needs, balancecompeting priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This candidate must be exceptionally organized, responsive, and resourceful. You should know what is coming next, remind the CEO of his commitments each morning and as the day unfolds, and keep projects moving forward without oversight. Also: strong communication skills, diplomacy, excellent follow-through, and the desire to build a long-term partnership<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a24+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-moving environment<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Exceptional organizational and project management skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, calendars, email management, and productivity tools<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Highly responsive during working hours and facility operating in a real-time environments<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without missing details<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Strong follow-up skills and commitment to closing loops on outstanding items<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Professional, confident, and comfortable working with a direct communication style<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Demonstrated longevity and stability in previous positions<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Own and manage the CEO\u00e2\u0080\u0099s calendar, including client visits, internal meetings, travel, and establishing priorities<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Prepare the CEO\u00e2\u0080\u0099s daily and longer-term agendas, reminders, meeting materials, and key priorities<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Manage follow-ups from client visits and ensure commitments are communicated, assigned, and completed<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Track sample requests from initiation through delivery with associated status updates<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Maintain visibility on all active projects, deadlines, and commitments<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Surface issues, delays, or potential conflicts before they become probl<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Act as a communication hub between the CEO and internal teams<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Prioritize incoming requests and help ensure the CEO remains focused on the highest-value activities<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Manage travel arrangements and logistics as needed<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Draft correspondence, coordinate meetings, and support day-to-day executive operations<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Build systems and processes that improve efficiency, communication, and accountability across the organization<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Maintain strong client-facing professionalism and support key relationship management efforts<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>M-F 8am-5pm <\/p>\n<p>$90K-$120K\/year (based on experience) + health benefits and 401(k)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Palm Beach Gardens, FL &#8211; Remote (but must be in area)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CEO of longstanding, respected and growing hospitality company seeks a highly proactive, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to organize his full days and stewardship of his business.
