Are you passionate about road safety and ready to play an important role in your community? As a Driving Examiner, you will ensure Queensland roads are safer by assessing driver competence and promoting responsible road use.<\/p>\n
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n <\/strong>Conduct practical driving assessments, ensuring candidates meet Queensland Government standards and road safety regulations.<\/p>\n Assess driving skills, road rule knowledge, and the ability to operate vehicles safely in various traffic and road conditions.<\/p>\n Provide clear, constructive, and professional feedback to applicants following assessments.<\/p>\n Deliver assessments fairly and consistently, following departmental policies and procedures.<\/p>\n Promote road safety awareness and contribute to reducing incidents on Queensland roads.<\/p>\n Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.<\/p>\n Role Requirements<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Eligibility to obtain and maintain Driving Examiner Accreditation through the Department of Transport and Main Roads.<\/p>\n A clean driving record with no significant infringements.<\/p>\n Flexibility to travel to neighbouring centres as required.<\/p>\n Why This Role?<\/p>\n <\/strong>This is an exciting opportunity to focus your skills on driving assessment and road safety, contributing directly to safer roads in Queensland.
