The Dasher Financial team is one such disruption: we are building fintech products that best serve the needs of Dashers and gig workers like them.From instant access to earnings, to innovative bill pay and savings products, to credit-building tools, our goal is to create the financial system of record for Dashers. We are early in this journey \u00e2\u0080\u0094 launching and scaling zero-to-one products that redefine how Dashers interact with their money.About the RoleWe&#8217;re looking for a Head of Banking Operations to own Crimson ops end-to-end. You&#8217;ll manage our bank partner relationships, own the P&amp;L for Crimson, and drive the operational roadmap for how we provide better user outcomes (disputes, suspensions, support) and deepen engagement (more deposits and spend). This is a player-coach role: you&#8217;ll set strategy with senior leadership, but you&#8217;ll also dig into the operational details when the work demands it.You&#8217;re excited about this opportunity because you will\u00e2\u0080\u00a6Own the bank partner relationship portfolio: manage our existing partners and evaluate new ones as we expand into new products and geographies.
