{"id":324159,"date":"2026-06-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.remotetribe.life\/remotejobs\/job\/relationship-manager-3\/"},"modified":"2026-06-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T23:00:00","slug":"relationship-manager-3","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.remotetribe.life\/remotejobs\/job\/relationship-manager-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Relationship Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Location<\/strong> &#8211; Ahmedabad<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong> &#8211; 7.00 LPA CTC + Incentives<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively sell the Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform and associated Value-Added Services (VAS).<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and market references; proactively approach restaurants to onboard them onto Petpooja.<\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Sign up restaurants by closing contracts and responding to inquiries from both new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and participate in promotional events and local marketing activities to boost brand visibility and drive referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of operational and administrative aspects of sales, including reporting, process optimisation, and system improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly update management with performance insights and recommendations for enhancing business relationships and improving service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed sales targets (product and VAS), demos, and visit goals through strategic daily planning and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a strong reference market by maintaining long-term relationships with onboarded clients.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve client issues effectively using the escalation matrix and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>During field visits, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and you will represent Petpooja professionally at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Be the face of Petpooja in the market, upholding and promoting the company&#8217;s values and mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Qualifications and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree is preferred .<\/li>\n<li>Professional experience of 1-4 years in Sales.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Customer-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices<\/li>\n<li>Influencing Skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentability is required<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two-Wheeler along with Driving License<\/li>\n<li>Laptop for Client Demo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location &#8211; Ahmedabad Salary &#8211; 7.00 LPA CTC + Incentives Roles and Responsibilities: Actively sell the Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform and associated Value-Added Services (VAS).
