Working Hours:<\/b> Shift-based (08:00 -16:00 and 09:00 – 17:00 CET)
Languages Required:<\/b> Fluent in German and Polish<\/p>\n

Role Overview:<\/b><\/p>\n

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist<\/b> with German to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat<\/b>. Your ability to communicate fluently in both German and Polish will be essential in delivering a seamless customer experience.<\/p>\n
