This is our opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Kojo is looking for bright and eager <strong>Sales Development Representatives <\/strong>to join our growing Sales team. Reporting to our Manager, Sales Development this role will work <strong>100% remotely\/from home<\/strong> to confidently call and guide prospective customers into our Sales funnel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As an SDR at Kojo, the relationships that you create have a huge impact on our mission to make buildings easier and cheaper to build. Our SDRs introduce prospective customers to Kojo through outbound prospecting. Your day-to-day will include the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Making outbound calls to prospective customers to discover more about the pain in their business and how Kojo might be able to help them<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Setting high quality meetings for our Account Executives with prospective customers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Achieving (or exceeding!) your monthly quota of meetings held and Sales-accepted opportunities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Following Kojo workflows and sales operations processes to ensure good funnel and prospect data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Acting as an ambassador of Kojo<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>About you<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;re an ideal candidate for the role if you are a motivated individual with high energy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate well with our prospective customers in the construction industry!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you see yourself as a hustler and you\u2019re eager to develop professionally in Sales, this could be the role for you. You should be able to manage your time and resources in order to meet the assigned quota for your role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have the following experiences and skills? <\/strong><em><strong>Let\u2019s chat!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience making 75+ cold calls per day in a previous BDR or SDR role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Effective phone communication skills and rapport-building<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong organizational skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A high level of integrity and accountability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Growth mindset &#8211; willing to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve and become more and more effective<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Persistence, resilience, and a willing to embrace rejection<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Passionate about solving problems for subcontractors and impacting the construction industry for the better!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Bonus Points if you have:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>1+ year of full-time as a SaaS SDR or similar sales experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in the construction industry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Entrepreneurial experience<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>This role is entirely remote for candidates based in Canada. The total on-target variable compensation for this role is CA $70,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
