This role will serve as the company&#8217;s subject matter expert for HR systems, with a strong focus on UKG, HR data integrity, reporting, automation, compliance, and process optimization.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will combine deep HRIS expertise with strong business acumen, leveraging technology to create efficient, scalable, and employee-centric experiences. This leader will partner closely with People &amp; Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to drive system enhancements, reporting capabilities, workforce analytics, and benefits administration across a growing global organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>HRIS Leadership &amp; Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary owner and strategic leader for UKG and all HR technology platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute the HRIS roadmap to support organizational growth and operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Lead system configuration, optimization, upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and recommend new HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data governance, system security, user access controls, and compliance with applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with IT and external vendors to maintain system performance and integrations.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>UKG Administration &amp; Optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the organization&#8217;s in-house UKG expert and administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Configure workflows, business processes, security roles, dashboards, and reporting structures.<\/li>\n<li>Manage system enhancements, releases, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Lead integration efforts between UKG and third-party platforms including ATS, payroll, benefits, learning, and performance management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>People Analytics &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish scalable reporting frameworks and workforce analytics capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Design and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and organizational metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver actionable insights related to headcount, turnover, retention, compensation, recruiting, and workforce planning.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Finance and leadership teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and organizational planning initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and integrity of all employee data and reporting outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Benefits Strategy &amp; Administration<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage annual open enrollment processes and employee benefits communications.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with brokers and vendors to evaluate program effectiveness, cost management, and employee engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and international benefits regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze utilization trends and employee feedback to enhance offerings and employee experience.<\/li>\n<li>Support global benefits expansion as SKIMS continues to grow internationally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Global Payroll<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strategic leadership and oversight of payroll operations across corporate, retail, and international populations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in all jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Establish payroll governance, controls, audit procedures, and compliance practices.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Finance and Accounting on payroll accounting, reconciliations, accruals, audits, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Lead payroll vendor strategy, implementation, and optimization efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Support international payroll expansion and operational readiness for new markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leave of Absence &amp; Employee Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, state and local leave programs, parental leave, disability programs, military leave, and international leave requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international leave regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage third-party leave administrators and related vendor partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Develop leave policies, procedures, communications, and manager guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Legal and HR Business Partners on complex leave and accommodation matters.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor leave trends, compliance risks, and employee experience metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, system governance policies, and training materials.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, audits, and internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Lead HR system audits and support internal and external compliance reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Leadership &amp; Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to People &amp; Culture leadership on HR technology strategy and workforce data.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop HRIS and benefits team members as the function continues to scale.<\/li>\n<li>Champion a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.\n<p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of progressive HRIS experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.<\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise administering and optimizing UKG (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or related platforms).<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with HR system implementations, integrations, and change management initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success building workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with HR reporting and analytics tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR operational best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting multi-state and international employee populations preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Soft Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinker with a strong systems mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical and data-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator capable of translating technical concepts into business solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and relationship-oriented leader.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about creating scalable employee experiences through technology and process innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of people, data, and technology and is excited to build the HR infrastructure that will support SKIMS&#8217;
