GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>We need an English-fluent <strong>Customer Success Manager (PPC Advertising)<\/strong>, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.<br \/>We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who&#8217;s constantly learning and improving their skills.<\/p>\n<p>Are you the one we are looking for?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.<\/li>\n<li>Lead recurring calls with franchisors and franchisees to discuss campaign performance, goals, and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Present PPC performance reports and insights to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Translate client objectives, feedback, and business needs into clear briefs for the media buying team.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate potential account concerns, including wasted spend, intent mismatches, conversion tracking issues, and performance risks.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and campaign strategies remain aligned.<\/li>\n<li>Document client meetings, action items, and account updates within the CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and maintain a high level of customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Client Success, or client-facing account management role.<\/li>\n<li>1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of: Match types, Performance Max campaigns, Negative keywords, Conversion tracking and PPC performance metrics and optimization principles<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing client relationships and leading client-facing meetings.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Ability to present campaign performance and recommendations to non-technical\u00a0stakeholders.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Strong ability to explain technical advertising concepts in a clear and accessible way.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they impact client satisfaction.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It&#8217;s a Plus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with franchise or multi-location businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 &#8211; $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.<\/li>\n<li>This position is for an independent contractor,\u00a0through a payroll platform.<\/li>\n<li>The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:<\/strong><br \/>Application review\/approval <strong>&gt;<\/strong> Screening interview with GoFasti&#8217;s team <strong>&gt;<\/strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;<\/strong> Profile review\/approval by client <strong>&gt; I<\/strong>nterview with the client <strong>&gt; H<\/strong>iring and onboarding.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
