As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division\u2019s sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include\u00a0taking calls and other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues<\/li>\n<li>Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role, you should have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and a dedicated and disciplined mindset<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to stay organized<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download \/ upload speed of 500 Mbps to support video conferencing, system tools and call quality.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Prior customer-facing experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Safe Haven Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer \/ Veterans \/ Disabled.
